These homeowners wanted statement planters to complete a recently renovated patio and pool deck, without disrupting its clean, minimal lines. We used a series of black round planters in varying sizes, filled with a concentrated mix of succulents, grasses, and flowering plants to bring in colour and texture that reads as lush, not busy.

Planters were sized and grouped in clusters rather than matched sets, so they'd read as sculptural moments that hold their own against the pool and the view beyond.
