We don't style spaces. We change how they feel. ModPots creates sculptural botanical design for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces.
About Us

FAQs
Timelines vary with scope and complexity. After the initial consultation, we provide a clear schedule so you know what to expect from concept through installation.
All three. We work with luxury homeowners, commercial properties, and hospitality spaces, and tailor scope and materials to fit each environment.
We're primarily a design-and-install studio, so most projects include both. If you have an existing installation and only need a design refresh or consultation, reach out and we can discuss.
Yes. We manage the full process, from design and sourcing to installation, and we offer maintenance plans to keep the piece looking its best long after install day.
Pricing is based on the scope, materials, and scale of the installation. We provide a detailed quote after an initial consultation, once we understand the space and the design intent.
We offer full design-and-install botanical work: custom planters, custom moss art, and ongoing maintenance, delivered as a complete, repeatable process from concept to installation.
Let's talk about your space and what a sculptural botanical installation could do for it.
