We are a fun and creative Victoria-based container gardening company that specialized in styling patios, roof top terraces and small garden spaces with beautiful, planted displays.
Our ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a fun, positive attitude, enthusiastic, keeps up to date with the current trends in design, has at least one solid green thumb and some plant knowledge. A good sense of humour, a deep love of plants and joy that it brings is required.
Come and help us create some stunning plant art in some of Greater Victoria most beautiful homes and cutting-edge commercial spaces.
We are currently seeking a self-starter with a valid driver’s licence who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, able to lift 25kg bags of soil and heavy plant materials.
We offer part-time hours with a flexible schedule M-F during regular business hours.

Commercial clients use to bring nature inside their business, to lower stress levels for their staff and to help promote a healthier office environment. Landscape and interior design firms partner with us for our specialized expertise in elevating planters and pots to something magazine worthy.
Victoria-based Modpots was created over 12 years ago by Jennifer Lasko. Her potted designs, living walls and moss art creations can be seen around Victoria and Vancouver. When she isn’t on site doing an installation, she is in her studio creating custom work for clients.
Skills and requirements:
• Great work ethic with a positive attitude to match
• A passion for the outdoors and working outside
• Ability to work the physical labours of the job
• Career-focused on developing gardening skills
• Previous experience from the industry or similar field required
• Driver’s license
• Smartphone with data for team communications
• Personal work equipment including good work boots, pruners and rain gear
This position is only open to individuals currently residing in Victoria, BC.
Compensation: Competitive wages of $20-30 per hour (depending on past experience).
