These terms apply to your use of the ModPots website and to any purchase you make through it. ModPots is operated by Double H Creative Inc. ("ModPots," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Our moss art and botanical pieces are handmade from natural and preserved materials, so colour, texture and size may vary slightly from the photos. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable or was listed with an error in price or description.
We offer pickup from our studio in Victoria, BC, and local delivery within Greater Victoria. Delivery fees are shown at checkout, and we'll contact you to confirm a pickup time or delivery date. For addresses outside Greater Victoria, contact us before ordering.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at studio@modpots.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once ordered, except if they arrive damaged or defective as described above.
You may cancel a workshop booking for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are not refundable. If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.
Design, installation and maintenance projects are quoted individually. Each project is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
All content on this site, including photographs, designs, text and logos, belongs to ModPots or its partners and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, ModPots is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
